You already know the conversation needs to happen.

The teammate who keeps missing deadlines. The peer who used to be your equal and now reports to you. The boss who needs to hear a no. You have rehearsed it in the shower, in the car, and at 2 a.m., and you still have not said it.

That is not a confidence problem. It is a preparation problem.

The Difficult Conversation Recipe™ is a 45–60 minute mini-training plus the tools a new leader needs to walk in knowing what to say and walk out without replaying it for three days. Built for leaders in their first three years, in any industry.

What’s on the menu

Here’s what you get the day doors open

You will leave with your actual conversation prepped: how you will open, what you will ask for, and what you will say when they push back.

No scripts to memorize. No leadership experience required. If you have a conversation you have been putting off, you are ready.

Meet the Chef

Hi, I’m Dr. Kasandra Scales.

Physician (MD, MPH), hobby baker, foodie, and founder of The Leadership Test Kitchen™. I have spent 20+ years leading teams across different sectors and organization types, and the hardest part of the job was never the work. It was the conversations.

I built the Recipe because new leaders do not need another lecture on courageous communication. They need a prep process they can run before the meeting, the same way a cook sets up the station before the first order comes in.

If there is a conversation you keep rescheduling in your head, this is for you.

See you in the kitchen.

Yes, save my spot
